One of the disadvantages of using job bidding sites is that it tends to make entrepreneurs lazy, at least in terms of sourcing the best talent for their business. You post your job description (JD), then you wait until someone gets in touch with you. What should be your best move then?
You need to be proactive.
If you are planning to post a JD, don’t just post it in one location. Populate it, post it in multiple job bidding and job posting sites. You will have more response this way. Once you get a few candidates, then it’s time to get dirty – filter them out!
Or if you’re not fan of doing the “dirty works” then you could always hire a virtual assistant service company to do the job for you.

This is usually one of the biggest pitfalls for most entrepreneurs. We cannot find one person to do admin work, as well as web development or SEO. This is just not how things work. Just like in reality, you can’t find a plumber who is also a mechanic-slash-carpenter, right? If ever you do, they wouldn’t be experts on all of those three things and you’ll probably have doubts if they’re even legit.
General Virtual Assistant - is your typical girl Friday, your PA (but can’t get you coffee!) Some examples of the tasks they can do include: admin tasks like email filtering, transcription, research, data entry, hotel and flight bookings, calendar management, blog management, social media management etc. If you are interested more on how to manage your personal assistant then visit the outsourcing guru –
